Dear Members
To reach the largest number of you with a consistent and informative message regarding gifted education in Fulton County Schools,
we have replaced the lecture series this week at Westlake HS and Independence HS with video presentations available on our web site and your in box.
The presentations are being finalized and we took this action for two reasons:

First, with many other commitments in our lives it is sometimes difficult for even dedicated parents and educators to find the hours to attend a physical lecture, especially in the evening. We believe that giving you the same content and information on line which you can view at your leisure as your time allows will enable more of our members to reap the benefits of membership in FCSG.

Second, we don't have to tell you traffic is difficult in Metro Atlanta, especially as the weather forecast for tonite and Thursday is not good. No one wants to sit in traffic and we thought that by sparing you that task we could still disseminate the information with minimal intrusion.
We anticipate having the presentations on line within a few days and will forward them to you as received. They will also be posted to our web site, which will be totally redesigned with a more reliable host so access will be consistent, efficient and fast.
As always, any concerns or questions will be addressed as soon as possible.
